The Town of Orange performed a revaluation in October of 2006. The revaluation assessments will be phased in over a five year time span.
The 2006 grand list mill rate is 29.9 mills. To calculate the tax assessments that increased as a result of the revaluation subtract the old assessment (2005) from the new assessment (2006). [...]
