When looking at homes to buy, is there an easy way to find out if a particular home has had the new tax rate applied. Is there a list of what areas get phased in, and when?

Hi Damiana, I can not tell you what make the energy saving shower head is but if you go to the Connecticut Resources site http://www.ctsavesenergy.org/index.php who funds this program you can probably contact someone there. Also, most plumbing manufacturerers such as Delta, Kohler (visit their sites) etc offer water saving shower heads. The use air pressure to force the water out so it seems like the same amount…

If you contact your electric or fuel company, I would hope they have a similar energy savings program available where you are. Good luck, I am still monitoring my Kill-a-watt meter to see which appliances are costing me the most. I will update in a few weeks. Donna
