Bartlett Hollow at the Bacon Homestead - Award winning green community in Middletown, CT
Of particular interest to me since we will be having our own Active Adult Community in Orange this year is Bartlet Hollow in Middletown CT which is Connecticut’s first all geothermal, Energy Star, solar active community. Three awards received by the developer from HOBI (Home Building Industry) include - The Best Green Community, Best Detached 55+ Community (over 2,00 sq-ft) and the Best Green Feature for the homes’ solar panels.
