Consider A Flat Fee MLS Service If You Are Selling Your Home

If you are selling your house, you need to weigh your options carefully. For decades, people have just bitten the bullet and listed their homes for sale with real estate agents. In 2011, however, you have options. Many savvy homeowners are now opting for a flat fee MLS service when selling their homes. MLS means mulitiple listing service, which is a database of houses for sale. Only real estate agents and people in the real estate industry can access it in most cases. The only way that agents looking for houses for their clients know what's out there is by checking the MLS. Registering on the MLS is the most important thing a listing agent does for his or her clients when they list the house for sale. Only real estate professionals and services are allowed to access the MLS and put your house on the database. Traditional real estate contracts award the listing agent 6% of the final sale price of the house. And for this amount, they basically just list your home on the MLS. They may do other things like put out a sign and have open houses, but putting the house on the MLS is the #1 most important thing they do. 6% is a lot for doing so little. On a $150,000 house we are talking $9000.

If a buyer's agent (who represents the buyers) is the one who guides his clients to your house, the listing agent typically splits the 6% with him or her. On a $150,000 house, that's $4500 for the buyer's agent and the same amount for the listing agent.

But the listing agent got 3% for just listing your house on the MLS, which is how the buyer's agent found you. What if you could cut out the listing agent and keep that 3% for yourself?

Or, if you really needed to sell fast, you could simply factor in that 3% to the sale price of your home and offer it on the market for thousands of dollars less than you ordinarily would have - because you don't have to give that 3% to the listing agent!

Considering the record number of unsold houses on the market these days, you need to offer your home for sale at a very competitive price.

Considering how tough the market it is, if you can shave $3000 off your $100,000 home, you will have a substantial advantage over other houses in your market.

The internet has finally made this possible. There are many MLS services that can help you put your house on the MLS without giving away 3% of the sale price of your home to a listing agent.

If you want to put in the work and get the buyers for your home yourself, that's another 3% you save - because you don't have to pay the buyer's agent to bring you the buyers! If you sell your home for $200,000 and found the buyers, as well as did a flat fee MLS service, you could save up to $12,000!

How do I sign a contract with NY red bulls or any MLS team?

I know soccer is not so popular in the United States but going to Europe is no option for me. I have got some skills and want to use them and take the USA to the WC finals and win it. So how do I play or sign a contract with a club based in the US.

You have to make your name known, put your name out there call all the teams in the MLS and see when they are having possible try-outs, Honestly if you believe you could take the USA to the WC and help them win you probably would have already been picked up by some team. Every soccer player wants to go to the world cup how many actually get there well that's not a big number, also everything is a factor like physical status, personality, habits, player history, any old injuries what you have achieved how long you have been playing, so unless you are already having pro teams looking at you start by trying out, if you are having pro teams look at you then more power to you, I am not trying to bash you down I hope you understand that I am just being honest. I hope you get to play in the MLS and someday make it to the WC, But one more thing don't ever be picky about a team in the MLS as long as you get to play you can be traded to another team and maybe you may be traded internationally
